How do I end a challenge early?

Open the app, go to the Home tab, and tap Reset detox challenge. This ends the challenge, unblocks your apps, and re-enables deleting the app.

Why can't I delete the app during a challenge?

That's the point of Detox: when you start a challenge you commit to it, and the app prevents its own deletion until the challenge ends so you can't bypass the block. You can always end the challenge from the Home tab first (see above), after which the app can be deleted normally.

How do temporary unlocks work?

From the Apps tab, tap Unlock apps and choose 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour. After the time is up, your apps are blocked again automatically.

I purchased a challenge on another device

On your new device, open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Your active challenge is linked to your Apple ID.

Purchases are processed by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
